Gentle Touch Support Services is a Victorian NDIS provider offering calm, personalised care to people who want support that fits around their life.

At Gentle Touch Support Services, we provide NDIS supports with a calm, thoughtful approach that puts your comfort and preferences first. Whether it’s assistance at home, help getting out into the community, or support with building everyday skills, we’re here to make things a little easier.
Our focus is on creating supportive, respectful relationships with the people we work with — because when you feel safe and heard, support becomes more than just a service. Backed by experience in aged care, nursing, disability and community support, we bring both heart and professionalism to the way we work.
Every visit, every conversation, and every moment of care is shaped around the people we’re supporting — with flexibility, reliability, and a genuine gentle touch.

Gentle Touch Support Services was founded by Jean Tuguinay and Rochell Artates — two Registered Nurses who’ve spent years supporting people across a range of health and care settings. With experience in hospitals, aged care, rehabilitation, community services, and disability support, they understand how important it is to feel genuinely cared for.
They created Gentle Touch to offer something more personal: support that feels warm, consistent, and free from the pressure often felt in larger care organisations. Their vision is simple — to make quality NDIS support available across Victoria, while building real trust and connection with the people they support.

Jean is a Registered Nurse with a background in aged care, rehabilitation, and disability support. With over five years’ experience as a Personal Care Assistant in Australia, she brings a calm, compassionate approach to her work.
Before moving to Australia, Jean worked as a Rehabilitation Nurse in the Philippines and has also completed a Bachelor of Business in Community Services Management — giving her a well-rounded understanding of both frontline care and service delivery.
Her passion is helping people feel respected, comfortable, and supported in their daily lives.

Rochell is a Registered Nurse currently working at St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne. She has been supporting people with disability since 2019 and holds a Diploma of Community Services.
Her experience spans across hospital care, community nursing in the Philippines, and dental nursing in Saudi Arabia. Rochell brings warmth, dedication, and strong clinical knowledge to her role at Gentle Touch Support Services.
Her approach is focused on making people feel safe, supported, and treated with the care they deserve.

Our work is shaped by values that guide every decision we make. These values help us build trust, deliver quality care, and keep the people we support at the centre of everything.
We believe everyone should feel confident in their own choices. That’s why we work alongside you, to support your goals, preferences, and independence. From daily routines to big decisions, we’re here to help you feel more in control of your life, with practical support that respects your voice.
Dignity is the foundation of how we care. That means treating you with kindness, respecting your privacy, and recognising your strengths — not just your needs. We approach every situation with patience and empathy, because we know that the way support is given matters just as much as what’s being done.
Everyone’s life looks different — and we see that as something to honour, not overlook. We take the time to understand your background, your culture, and what’s important to you. Whether we’re in your home, out in the community, or just having a conversation, respect is always at the heart of how we connect.
Support means very little without trust. That’s why we prioritise consistency, clear communication, and reliability in everything we do. We show up when we say we will, we listen without judgement, and we follow through on the things that matter to you.
We hold ourselves to high standards — not just because it’s expected, but because it’s the right thing to do. We’re honest, accountable, and transparent in how we work. You can expect clear information, open conversations, and a genuine commitment to doing what’s best for you.
We’re always looking for ways to do things better. That means listening to feedback, staying up to date with new ideas in the disability space, and thinking creatively about how to support you in the most effective, respectful way. Innovation to us isn’t about flashy tech — it’s about staying thoughtful and open-minded.
